Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we accept your return, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems <br>Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items <br>Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty items). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Sorry, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges <br>The quickest way to ensure you get the item you need is to return the item you own and once your return is accepted, purchase a new item separately.

EU 14 Day Cooling-Off Period <br>Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel your order or return the goods for any reason within 14 days without any valid reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds <br>We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded within 10 business days via your original form of payment. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send your refund.
